Hello TAC parents, We apologize for the very last minute notice but the TAC Board would like to hold a brief 30 minute parents meeting tomorrow night, Wednesday the 10th at 9:00pm. We are doing it late to allow everyone to get their kids home from practices and hopefully be able to join us. As stated it will be for no more than 30 minutes tomorrow evening at 9pm. Everyone will be muted when they enter the meeting and it will be recorded.

We have organized a TAC fundraiser at the Springwood Rd. Chipotle for Nov 9 from 4-8PM. If we decide to participate, all you have to do is share the flyer on social media or hand out flyers. Chipotle will accept a digital flyer or you can do an online order with code:BGLC9P9 and select a pick up time between 4-8 on Nov 9. If the minimum spend of $150 is exceeded, TAC will receive 33%.

Hello TAC family!
We are so excited to share the following! Our Winter 2021-22 season will begin on October 18, 2021. There will not be tryouts this season, although new swimmers are still expected to be able to swim a length of the pool. As it was over the summer, we will accept all swimmers, if there is an issue with a particular swimmer, we will handle that on a case by case basis. The registration form will be on the TAC website, www.trojanaquaticclub.org just after this email goes out. Our season meet schedule is listed on https://swimfcsl.weebly.com.
A practice schedule will be posted on the TAC website and Facebook page as soon as it's available. This will be based on age and skill levels once we have a count of registered swimmers.
Registration for this season will be $250. TAC is committed to not turning any swimmers away due to financial difficulties. If you are in need please reach out to the board, a scholarship may be available to you.
We will be having home meets this season!
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!
Below is a summary of help we need for the program to be successful.
Officials! We must have officials to host or attend swim meets. Please consider taking the courses to help. Contact Patty Neidigh at swimpatty03@gmail.com for information.
We are in search of a timer coordinator and timers for each meet. These are essential positions. We can not host or visit a meet without our share of timers. Parents, please consider putting your efforts into this area of our team. It is also a great vantage point to watch the meet!
We are bringing back our snack bar this season. We need a volunteer to lead this, and parent to help staff this, and we will look to parents to donate food and supplies for home meets. This is a primary fundraiser for TAC.
We need a ribbons coordinator. Many of our swimmers, particularly new and young really look forward to these ribbons.
We are confirming with the District that we will be able to again host Fall Festival. It would be the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We will be looking to have TAC alum assist with many of the tasks associated with making this possible. This is the biggest fundraiser for the team. Please consider volunteering your older kids! More details on this to follow when available.
After the winter season we plan to again be hosting a TAC graduation ceremony. Details will be worked out. This will be for all TAC grads from 2020 and 2021.
